Refund policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here’s how returns work:
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags/packaging (if applicable). Final sale items are not eligible unless defective.
2. How to Start a Return
Email support@edtoyou.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund per our policy.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
